The task
Tanya & Co sells jewellery, ready-made and to order, with an average ticket of RUB 150,000–800,000. There was a showroom in Moscow and a Telegram channel. There was no website.
Leads got lost in the chat. A sale of several hundred thousand cannot be closed remotely with no payment and no record, and the US market — where the brand already had someone — had nowhere to buy from. A ready-made form would have been Telegram again, on a page.
What we built
A store, not a form. The same path in both countries: catalogue, payment through YooKassa or Stripe, a request for a custom piece, a showroom booking, a newsletter, a blog that also works for search. Managers answer from the admin panel by email. Products come in from Excel and orders go back out the same way.
Russia and the US run as separate instances — own servers, databases and payment providers — and ship together. Late on it turned out the two markets needed different feature sets, so the server decides what is switched on and the storefront only reads yes or no.
Result
Three months from start to release. Orders from both countries land in one admin panel, where a manager picks them up. Showroom bookings and custom-piece requests are forms on the site rather than a thread in a chat.
Sales and conversion figures were not measured, so there are none to quote.
