What this site collects
This site has no contact form, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts. It sets no cookies and does not store anything in your browser. Fonts are served from this domain, not from a font provider.
Serving the pages does involve the hosting provider processing technical request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for delivery, security and abuse prevention. That processing is done by Cloudflare, Inc. as the hosting and network provider, under its own terms.
What happens when you email
If you write to hello@delys.tech, the message is processed in order to reply to it and, where it leads to an engagement, to negotiate and perform a contract. The data involved is whatever you choose to put in the message: typically your name, your email address, your company and the content of your enquiry.
Email for this domain is hosted by Zoho Corporation, which processes and stores the messages on our behalf.
Legal basis
- Responding to an enquiry and negotiating a contract: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.
- Keeping the site available and secure: legitimate interests in operating the service.
- Retaining invoices and contract records: compliance with accounting and tax obligations.
How long it is kept
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: deleted within 12 months.
- Correspondence relating to an engagement: kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Hosting request logs: retained by Cloudflare under its own retention periods.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are not sold, rented or shared for marketing. They may be disclosed to the processors named above, to an accountant or tax authority where the law requires it, and — only with your agreement — to a subcontractor working on your project.
International transfers
The processors named above operate outside Armenia, including in the United States and the European Union, so data you send may be processed there under those providers' own safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask for processing to be restricted, or object to it. Write to hello@delys.tech and you will get a reply within one month. If you are in the EU or the UK you can also complain to your national data protection authority; in Armenia, to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice.
