The task
Nestlé Health Science needed to be in the doctor's hands at the moment of the decision — assessing a patient, calculating nutrition, choosing a product.
A website does not get opened. A messenger is already open. The job was to pack clinical arithmetic into one so it runs from a phone in seconds, with no manual and no training.
What we built
One mini-app in two messengers, Telegram and the national MAX. More than a dozen calculators across the product line: the doctor enters patient data and gets the finished result, with no tables and no counting by hand.
A product finder narrows the line to the case in a couple of taps, updating live. The recommendation logic is covered by automated tests — a correct answer rather than an approximate one.
Result
The same product in both messengers, with nothing to install: the doctor uses whichever one they already have open.
